I’ve heard it’s a lot better after Thackston left. Had a friend work there and liked it enough. I’m also in toxic torts and have had good interactions with the attorneys there, they seem like a collaborative & friendly bunch.

How does hourly contract lawyering work? I’m on a contract through a recruiting firm before the company hires me directly. My pay is hourly but I get time and a half for over time. Do I include that on my timesheet??
