In June I was done with my TR and MR round in tcs later got an email that I've been shortlisted and to upload my documents. After that no hr has come back to me and still my status on ibegin portal is showing interview - evaluation in progress.

Now last week I applied for a similar role again and my interview went well.

Now my question is do I need to upload documents again if I get shortlisted?

For big law associates in Atlanta or other SE cities — are you working the 200-250 hour months, month after month like those in northern cities? Are you working most weekends? Trying to gauge if it’s a little better being in big law in the south.

The clawback doesn’t necessarily prevent me from starting ASAP, but it does affect my start date in some respect & I’d definitely try to negotiate with the new firm to pay all/some of it. For context, the signing bonus is low/mid 5-figures. Thoughts?
