Any insight into the salary for a tax senior 2 in Orlando?

I am a 5 year experienced developer and am applying for position as a developer in bank. I have cleared the assignment, interview and soft skills. I next have an offer interview scheduled but it’s with the IT chapter lead and the Manager instead of the recruiter. That feels bit weird and I feel they would talk me on a low salary because I am “not so experienced”. I did interview at another company earlier and they refused to pay the salary I asked for because I wasn’t senior enough. Any tips ?

I get it takes time (it’s been at least 12 months since they asked people to fill it out) for them to put together the findings but it seems a bit much for what it is considering the times we’re in and how many planners are not employed at the moment.

Honest input request. Recent company role overhaul & total comp package revamp, cutting my 6 figures made last year down by 30k, and they added in support calls + prospecting + team lead. I have recently joined but after knowing salary of an Associate 2, I understood that I'm being paid lesser than him. So I am interested to know the pay range and average pay of Senior Associate 1 in Assurance Los.

Recruiting agency forced me to present the resume at lower salary assuring equity comp in addition (believed it given it's publicly traded). Now company saying no equity but paying the salary asked. How to handle this agency screw up?

I’m a federal law clerk struggling to land interviews. I’ve had what I thought were positive interviews with several big law firms and many of those went through 2-3 rounds. I am prepared to answer substantive questions about my work and my resume, and I have enjoyable conversations about other areas of myself and the law firms as well. I left my corporate job because I needed to get out, but I couldn’t fathom not having a job so I found a position at a start-up. I’m now (maybe more) miserable than I was before.
