For a full time job? I interned in the internal audit group - super slow pace, but really nice people and supportive environment

If you’re looking for a smooth 8:30-6 with a flexible schedule (people often left at 3 on fridays to pick up kids, or at noon to go to the gym), I don’t see why not. However, I wouldn’t recommend if you’re hoping for a fast / intense career trajectory

I worked there on an engagement. It was not too bad, although depending on the level you could work odd hours, mostly when vetting issues with the management and writing up the workpapers. You get to learn a lot about the GS business though

It's a flat structure. VP level has several grades. When I worked with GS, next up from VP was MD but VP were anywhere from 8-20 years of experience.

Got shut out of my regular terminal A delta shuttle flight from LGA and now will have to step into the fray of main terminal tomorrow. Is it that terrible? What time should I arrive for 7 AM flight?

Currently on TN visa and was selected in the H1b lottery. However, I am considering taking a couple month sabbatical this summer. Anyone been in this situation? Is there any impact on either visa?

I have been in IA consulting for 4 years but I feel very lost in my career because it’s just not the kind of work I enjoy at all. Do I go for IA in industry? And entirely new field? My morale since covid has been so low and it’s difficult to think these things through sometimes.

Anyone here in McKinsey's operations and supply chain practice? Looking to connect regarding a lot of open positions and possibly a referral. I have six years of supply chain and procurement experience but was recently laid off.

I had 60 day late payment of 35 bucks in Jan. It was new Amex Hilton card I opened for stupid points. It was reported and my credit score had been consistently dropping from last 6 months. It was 780 and now is 735. I realized this 3 months and been paying my credit card bills immediately. Infact I have overpaid each card to have negative balance so my credit utilization is almost zero. What else I can do to repair the damage. I am applying for homeloan and this is big issue to get best rate

EY I interviewed at your firm a year ago, and was rejected without much specific feedback. It felt like the Partner was actually trying to elicit information about my previous firm. I really like EY
