What dating apps are you having the best luck with? Looking for more than casual hookups, but not looking to settle down and get married (again) anytime soon either.

Tinder is just awful. Every profile is fake and I never get any responses on there.

Hinge is pretty good and I have had my best luck there in the past, but recently it's been slim pickens.

Got kicked off Bumble.

I'm 33M in the NOVA area if that helps.

I don’t want my volunteer job at entity A potentially jeopardizes my full-time job at entity B.

I want to hire 3 software developers and don't care about the location as long as there is a 4h overlap. I was thinking of approaching 3 different recruiting agencies from different locations, so that their talent pool doesn't overlap. I want to do this to speed up the process and pick the best-fit candidates from several locations. The only problem with this is the risk of wasting time with bad local recruiting agencies.

Anyone tried this before? is this a bad idea? Any tools to help with it?

Seeking some candid advice:
I am relatively new to the legal community (roughly 1.5 years). I work in insurance and I first believed my frustrations/dissatisfaction involving my current role stemmed from my inability to effectively capture my time, especially when my 10-15 hour days (and long weekends) would produce minuscule results. After consulting with my external legal community, I turned my billable hours around (virtually overnight). (continues in comments)...
