Hello Fishes, Need some inputs here, I was interviewed by TCS and cleared the technical round & uploaded documents in Ibegin portal. But salary negotiations didn't went well and they didn't release the offer letter. Again after 2weeks I was interviewed by TCS & cleared the technical round, but this time after uploading the documents they came back to me & said they couldn't process my profile, As different BU has already started my process & kept on hold. What do I do now? Shoul i apply again

Will Tech M extend joining date for 50 days after releasing offer letter.
Date of joining in Tech M Nov 14th but
date of release in TCS January 2nd 2023.
I told hr it's not possible to join on Nov 14th she said she can't convince management. So finally what are the chances of extending joining date to January 3rd 2023 from Tech M side ?

I’m seeing lots of posts about really bad losses. If you trade you’re going to lose money - hopefully not all the time, but many positions will be mistakes. But you need a process to find ideas and manage positions. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.
