Just wanted to know from other Axtrians, how is the WLB in their current project?
Is it like you have to look over at multiple tasks/handle different tasks at the same time(as an Analyst)?
Is it normal in Axtria to not have adequate resources in the projects, running projects on less number of resources to cut cost, leaving the project vulnerable and making it difficult to plan holidays?
Do you all have tight deadlines as well?

When will the salary be credited in Optum.
Hi Fishes, I joined Optum on 21st September. On induction day, we were told that the sep salary will be credited along with October month's salary by oct month end. But today, I got some amount credited showing supplementary salary sep. What does it mean? I'm little confused now. Can anyone please help me in understanding the payment cycle ?

I was serving my notice period when I met with an accident where it damaged both my work laptop and fractured my left hand and foot.
I requested for a replacement laptop but they could not ship it to my location, but I had to collect it from the office which I could not coz of my accident.
So instead I proposed to release me, which my manager agreed and facilitated the release for me. During the process I wasn't aware that there would be a fine for notice period short in F&F settlement

The health insurance given by optum is of New india assurance.
It's good, we need to pay, copay, for parents 20% and for self it is 10% copay, it covers only in-patients. For married it covers till 5lakh, un married 3 Lkah. Hope it helps.
Can we add both parents and in-laws into the policy ?
Also, is there any annual health checkup plan included in the policy ?
No, you can't add in-laws. Annual health checkups available only for employee, for cancer screening and vitamin panel checkups.
Yes, you can reimburse upto Rs1500 permonth for internet with proper gst paid bill
