No qualified answers like “most of the time.” If it’s a most of the time then yes because no one person likes their job all the time, even people who are living their dream. Now if you want to say no but it might be the area or I’m tired of it that’s good. Explaining why yes or no is okay.

Today, I got a call from Delloite India and HR says that she can only give 30% even though I have mentioned the current offer with 70% hike on my current CTC. HR instinct is that I should be ok with lower CTC part since the offer is from Delloite. Obviously I am interested to work for Big4 but does it really worth it? Would like to know your take on this?
