Hey Fishes, Can anyone let me know about the Cognizant's Google project in Analytics domain. Like what the project is like and what i can expect in terms of contributing & learning and growing. What i want to know is that if it will be a normal some kind of support project only or a real work related project where i can learn & contribute and my career prospect will be good if i join.

USI Insurance brokerage and consulting - thoughts? A recruiter reached out to me via linked in and I was wondering if anyone had any opinions on this company. They seem to have decent reviews on Glassdoor but I was hoping to get more insight into workload and comp. Thanks in advance! USI

Soooo you haven’t read the news? Heard the news? Watched the news? The entire organization is under investigation for their ‘culture’.
I have a few friends there. It’s big, and they’ve built their entire company around not giving a fuck. Their approach to new market growth is “fuck any regulations or laws, do what we want and figure that shit out later.” There was no surprise in the Bay Area when all the recent news about culture and leadership issues broke. Given the size of the company and the fact that they’ve explicitly hired for competitive/type a people, I wouldn’t anticipate a change any time soon.
If cultures important to you, look elsewhere.
Looked into it 2 years ago so this might be dated. Found it to be very competitive and arrogant, but definitely some smart people. Didn’t feel like a great environment for a woman data scientist and pay was shit so it was a no for me.
I haven’t been living under a rock haha I’m trying to understand if any changes have been made as a result!
Like is there any hope for positive culture change or should I just give up now
