What would be the maximum fixed salary for Accenture level 7 manager sap technology?Accenture
So, I am a high performer and had to cover for two very senior roles for many months due to quick high turnover. We already had our talks. I found it funny when I was told, “oh and by the way… as you can see we increased your bonus to thank you for covering for so and so.” $500 increase………. Am I silly to think this “thank you” increase is a joke? No salary increase and only $500 thank you for covering for two additional jobs. Am I unreasonable to think the work I covered for wasn’t appreciated?

Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.

I’m so over coronavirus...I have been completely isolated for around 3 months, trying to do my best to stay positive, but what’s the point when some people just don’t care? and now it looks like we’re going to hit second wave sigh — this sounds horrible to say but I feel like all this effort from people who have been social distancing has been wasted
Sad but true
For people at firms with these titles, what are the differences in expectations for a “senior” or “managing” associate versus a more junior associate? For context, my firm gives 6 + years this title.

I didn't think I would like the Lower Decks, but I do. Since it's a comedy, I had low expectations. No one asked for a comedy, but I'm glad they made it.
Closing on my first property, and my lawyer is completely useless, to the point where he delayed scheduling the closing (despite there being no issues on my end or the sellers, and despite me and the lender constantly asking him to do it) until the bank stepped in and threatened to undo the loan requiring me to reapply and lose the interest rate I had locked in. Is this common? I’m a lawyer myself, and would never have been so flippant about this sort of thing.
Best way to grow organically on social media? It seems that our engagement has taken a dive and nothing is working anymore.
I’m considering joining EY in London. Currently at a boutique consultancy. I joined Fishbowl to try to get a sense ‘from the inside’ of the Big4 as I don’t have close contacts I can ask. I’ve seen a lot of griping in the other channels from more junior staff about comparatively low pay, EY not keeping up, clunky tech, etc. Is that just normal / expected grumbling? Would be really interested in the Partner perspective on this. Feel free to DM if more appropriate. Thanks!

My direct report has dyslexia. Any tips on how to support her better at work? What works well for learning? What really doesn’t work?
Appreciate any helpful tips and tricks! Would also love to hear from anyone who also has dyslexia on any of the more unknown cohabitating traits / symptoms that could be helpful to know when mentoring someone with this disorder.
I have adhd and know there are a lot of things that help me at work, but not as familiar with dyslexia. Thanks in advance!
I don't know WTF happened. I was just in the shortest interview ever (3 minutes -- if that) This was for a startup agency I would have to move across the country for. I got to the 2nd round. It seems like the CEO is moving too fast and is not deliberate in making decisions. Do I take the job and feel like the experience I would get is invaluable to my long term goals or or wait for something better/more concrete to come along?
Hi Account friends! It’s the start of a new year and I was hoping you all could share any book / newsletter / blog / course recommendations that help keep you up to snuff. Hi everyone, I’m looking for a new role as an Account Manager or CSM in the Adtech industry. I have 10 years of client facing experience. I’d love a DSP/SSP or end to end ad platform. Ideally looking for remote, but am open to a hybrid role in the greater New York City area.
Hello fellow account folks! Hoping to get your advice on this 🙏🏻
I’ve been asked by a hiring manager to submit a separate portfolio on top of my CV. Honestly I’ve never really done that for my past interviews, seeing my ‘portfolio’ usually makes up my CV.
Was wondering if there’s a good platform/ website that you’ve used to house your portfolio? Or is there any tips on this?
In everyone’s opinion, how quickly after joining new piece of business, can the client make a fair judgement of the account lead’s ability? Think a month is enough time to say this person rocks or not
I’m seriously contemplating getting my MBA.
