- likely travel requirements in a post-COVID world (I live in Chicago)
- typical bonus expectations (low, mid, high)
- prospects to get promoted to an SM within 12-18 months
- pay expectations as an SM
- utilization expectations

Heard they tried to divest the group to Weinstein capital in Q3 but couldn’t get more than 2.5x valuation.

It ebbs and flows like everything else based on market conditions, but we have more work coming in than we can handle handle comfortably at the moment, ramping up hiring efforts aggressively in the new year

DA has been the growth engine of the firm for a decade and that's not likely to change soon. Dan Tiemann is universally respected and, if he cared to play politics, would be running a bigger part of the business (imo).
Compared to the other Big4, I would say the culture is a plus, too. Most people are genuinely nice.
