What are red flags to avoid / good things to know before joining a start up? I’m interviewing for a Product Manager role at a small start up (under 12 people), I’ve spoken to the CEO and a director ~30 minutes each but I still feel like I need some more info.

What is the reason you are still in TCS after getting pathetic hikes year after year?
When you know nothing will change and you'll still get same pathetic hikes for ever why are people ranting instead of upskilling and switching?

Feel like an absolute failure tonight. Work this week was rough, things didn’t go as we planned and worked bad hours.
