I finally bit the bullet and ordered a power rack to start out my home gym. I haven't been lifting since March and my mental health is suffering for it. I work all day and with busy season coming up in January, I want to be ready.

I think I may have a problem regarding eating. I truly see it as the biggest waste of time, money, and energy in my life. But if I do cook, I only want to cook dishes that take me 3+ hours to make. By the time I’m done working though, it’s like 7 pm, I’m drained, and I just normally end up eating crackers and beer for dinner.
