I’ve been in the HVAC industry for 11 years with 10 of those in the field as a technician. As a technician I was considered very capable and was always considered one of the best where ever I worked. I’ve moved on to sales and currently work inside sales at a manufacturer rep. I’m still searching for the outside sales role that I want but I keep running into the “I lack outside sales experience”. For interview HR was created a new ep number
But i already have another epn number with different email address,
So i couldn't register with new ep number

2. Deal Advisory role at one of the Big 4

Which role offers the best exit options? All the offers from US support teams of the companies.

I've voiced to my boss that I'd like to manage this department and they indicated that this is the thought for the future. Now they are asking me to train this person while I have my plate full. I feel like I am so inexperienced in my job that everything takes so long to complete and get used to. Hence, I constantly feel guilty that I am spending a lot of time on my tasks and I am not adding enough value especially given the cost that clients pay for our time. I also fear that most of my time will get written off at the end of the day by the matter managers. Is this feeling normal and does it go away?

Seeking advice on chasing up on an email. Mid-June I had applied for a vacancy with a fashion company based in Germany. I didn't hear anything for a while so I contacted the recruiting email address first week of July to ask what was going on. They replied 11 days later saying my application "passed the HR- reselection and is now together with few others in the subject department. Good luck, you will hear from us soon." It's been almost a month, and so far nothing! Any advice on what to do?

I’ve been interviewing at 2 companies & I got an offer today from 1 & I have an interview with the other on Friday. I think the 2nd company will have higher pay & it’s a better role. I want to keep both options open but I know that the 1st company is trying to get someone started quickly & I don’t want to lose the offer just in case the other falls through. Would it be ok to ask the 2nd company to move my interview up or should I just leave it & hold on accepting the 1st offer?
