I got offers from Company A and Wipro.
Packages are 19LPA(17L F and 2 Var) and 21LPA(19L F and 2L Variable) Grade:B3

Total.YOE 9 years
Domain: Infrastructure Support Engineer.

I had a work experience with company A when I was with my previous employer and Wipro will be a new experience for me.

Questions:
What will be the work culture in Wipro?
Will the Variable pay be reduced based on our performance which is not the case with my prev emp?
Pros n Cons of working in Wipro?

I’ve been in my current role for less than a year and within my first 6 months multiple managers left as well as my hiring manager and multiple developers on a team I manage. I was kind of thrown to the wolves which is fine but recently another manager was just hired in the next pay grade who is walking into a much better position. Worst part is my new manager didn’t even know my title wasn’t the next level. When do I bring up that I feel I should be moved to the next level as well?

I’ve worked as assistant manager for years, but it doesn’t look like I’ll be getting a promotion anytime soon. I feel bad leaving since I'm kind of the glue around here and I’ve gotten to know pretty much everyone. Any advice?
