What are the average percentage increases that we’ve seen for seniors(non-promotion year)? I’m disappointed beyond words after putting in all that hard work! Trying to understand if this is firm-wide
If you had a choice, would you take a Transfer Pricing route or Valuation route? Considering moving from TP to Valuation (would slow my promotion to manager), but wondering how the pay compares.
Does anyone know when we will be sitting down with our RPs to discuss CRT results? When will promotion announcements be made?
I feel I burned out. I do not feel as motivated as I used to be. Has anyone come across such time? If so, how did you overcome it? I’m on a fast truck in terms of promotion.
Promotion alert: Uber handing out free rides up to $65 from select airports using code AMEXAIRPORT. You know what to do.
Was told I "have every qualification for promotion, but am not ready for it because I lack a bubbly/positive personality and may want to consider changing who I am at work." Advice?

Any idea what an estimated % raise would be for someone at PwC with a PhD going from Senior Consultant II likely to Manager II because I have 9 years of experience?
First world problems❗️I’m actively ducking my performance review bc I know I’m getting a pay raise and that will further tighten the golden handcuffs I have on that make escaping this place impossible
Working at IBM and got an offer at Accenture help me decided fellow fishes. I will get a slight 15% raise but have to leave a tier 2 city to a tier 1 city.
Copywriter, 30/M/NYC/5 year’s exp. Currently at 90k. In-house at major global brand. Hoping to ask for raise/promo soon. What’s a realistic number?
McK folks- when do your promotion windows open? (ie at what tenure are you eligible for EM promo, AP promo, partner election)
What is the best way to approach my boss about a raise in this economy. I’m killing it at work, have taken on the work of my subordinate who left and am doing her work at a high quality as well, I’ve been working insane hours and am basically on call all the time. I’ve been recruited for jobs that pay 30-40k more than I am making now. I know I deserve it. However the economy is bad etc, so it’s not like money is flowing. I love my job and don’t want to quit, but want what I deserve.
I believe I killed it this year and should get a raise (negotiated low base for a 2nd yr) - it this something I ask for, or should I let it come up?

I do want to start seeking new jobs. Currently my LinkedIn profile is very simple. If I start filling in my detailed experience, will it raise attention from HR? I don’t want to lose my current job before I find a new one. Thanks.
I was stalking people I barely know on Instagram (as you do) and I accidentally liked someone's picture from January (and didn't notice immediately). Now this person has just liked one of my old pictures too, on purpose. I'm an idiot. What should I do? Delete Instagram, throw my phone into the ocean and flee to Mexico? I want to disappear
Honest question, what's the likelihood there's bots here? Anyone else noticing a pattern or is it just me?
At McK, how is healthcare implementation aligned across offices? I am currently interviewing on west coast but there is a decent chance I’ll need to move (could be anywhere in US) for husbands medical training in 1 year. Will this be a problem? Should I be strategic about my home office thought process?
Has anyone paid for actual coaches/is it worth it if so? Obv super expensive and I’m not necessarily a rich person, but I could probs justify it considering the simple ROI of an MBB offer and lifetime value vs some that of the other firms. Also, understandably would only consider reputable coaches with a successful track record.
Kearney folks, what's the cap on total PTO-days I can accrue? Do they roll over to the next year? And does the next year begin on each employee's start date, or December-January?
Just out of college...what's better in terms of entry level experience / culture / growth potential: risk advisory at EY or tech consulting at Accenture?
