I’m not in a consulting role but I’ve been with Accenture for seven years and I’ve never had an eye roll-worthy gender discrimination moment.

We have a healthy mix of male and female MDs. In full transparency there isn’t a lot ethnic diversity but I believe they’re making strides. As for it being a man’s world there’s pockets of insanity in any organization you work for. However I will say that the support I get from other women and men as allies has been good.

Not my practice so I’ll let others weigh in. I have been in a cringeworthy practice where leadership doesn’t care. However, I don’t think that’s the norm and more often than not, I enjoyed the relationships I developed.

Agree with A2, experienced hire, Tech Consulting, 3 years at Accenture. In a long term project with more women as managers than men. MD is a woman and is alright but tooo intense IMO. Overall has been very good so far.

Guys: I have a weird ask. I went through a very tough job search and personal situation in 2019. Landed my current job in 3Q 2019, and now getting interviews for new roles.
