My weight positively correlates with my utilization.
Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev, testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

Same issue. Here are some things that are helping me
+ not drinking water 3 hrs before bedtime
+ eliminating caffeine (no tea / coffee / decaf)
+ reducing consumption of other foods that apparently the bladder (esp at night time) : tomatoes / bell peppers / dark chocolate
+ having water every few hours - when you don’t have enough water you pee in little streams a lot but if you have an adequate amt. of water your bladder trains itself to not every empty every few mins.
+ physical therapy : went to a therapist recommended by urologist who recommended some mental and physical exercises that help train the bladder. Good luck!! I went from peeing every 20 mins to now a few times a day and 1-2x a night which is a massive improvement on quality of life.

I’ve not been diagnosed with anything but I do have an anxious bladder. Caffeine irritates my bladder and increases urgency for me. I’ve noticed that I get very anxious about access to the bathroom, especially during in-person meetings, on an airplane, and in public places. For me, it’s a mental thing more than a physical thing. I can sense tremendous urgency but then very little comes out most of the time.
I don’t think I have an overactive bladder but I started using the bathroom more frequently after moving exclusively to drinking burdock root tea (a diuretic) in January. I’ve started branching out to other root teas. I don’t mind the frequent bathroom breaks because I love the tea health benefits I’m getting!
