I am confused in between choosing my next employer So please suggest which could be the better organization to join. I am an SAP functional consultant with around 4.5 yrs of Exp. Actually, I have two offers with the same salary compensation 15LPA - 1 IBM with 7A job band and 2. Bosch global software technologies Pvt ltd. formerly known as RBEI with job level 51. Both job Locations are also the same.

I am certified in S/4 HANA and have exp in S/4 HANA implementation.

I recently made the jump from consulting back into industry. I think I made a mistake, not in leaving consulting but in the company that I joined. Not sure the interview process really gave me a good sense about any of my exit options. How have people been doing their due diligence to make sure they’re making the right move?

Isn't it obvious that majority of the companies have moved to 90 days N.P. policy?
Still 95% of job posts have mentioned 1 month N.P.
Only 5% of employee would resign without an offer in hand.
Remaining 95% employee logically aren't eligible to apply. (but managed to do somehow 😂)
