I work in a director position that calls for a significant amount of work that can be done effectively (& efficiently) in a remote setting. I’ll be returning to work following maternity leave and have proposed a hybrid schedule of 3 in-person and 2 remote days each week with flexibility to increase my in-person days as needed. The response from my supervisor was that we’ll need to ‘manage any remote work to maximize on site time’. Any suggestions on how to approach this with him?

StratOps at G pulling in $320k due to luck (stock 2x since I joined) and I can’t afford going FT for my MBA. I was accepted into these two programs and wanted feedback on if the M7 branding of CBS is worth the $100k price premium and the pain of commuting from SF to NYC twice a month if I’m not looking to change jobs. Goal is to get promoted in my current role and possibly move to product management (through my G + FB network, not MBA)

I'm a scotch whisky drinker, pretty much exclusively, apart from a few select Irish bottles. Live in Ireland. So go tos would be Springbank, Kilkerran, Laphroaig, Caol Ila, Arran, Highland Park, Glengoyne...

On many visits to the US I've tried various Bourbons. Never very successful. Always seemed overly sweet and syrupy to my palette.

But I'm sure there are great choices out there.

What would you suggest as quality American whiskies for a scotch fanatic?
