How many monitors do you use?
I see majority of the reviews for Blue Yonder on Ambition Box complains regarding salary and growth. How ever the other things are marked Good.
I'm going to join BY soon and the offer is decent.
Can any one let me know how are the things within company especially in terms of Salary Hike.

Looking forward for any advice / tips for the interviews and anything I should prepare in particular. I will be having 4 rounds of interviews.

Even if you get retained your relationship with team and manager would never be same. You will also loose on other better opportunity that might come your way
I was also having similar thoughts when I got a job with 50 percent hike and wished if I could get retained with 30 percent hike in current company.
During last week of my notice I got another offer with 100 percent hike and big level up .
I would have regretted not taking offer and would still look for new opportunities.
So even if you get retained, there is big chance you will continue to look for new jobs
