Any managers ever left for a senior role in industry?

I have an associate full-time offer from a Big4 & an Analyst offer from a decent consulting firm. The pay is in the 60 range for big4 and 70s for consulting firm.
What would you do? I'm not sure what the consulting job will be like but I wouldn't need a masters degree which is great. I am also an analytics minor which is useful.

I am worked there for 10 years, last five years appraisal final comments, you are smart and no need for any guidance to do the given project. Very good guide and motivater in a team. I got good names for last four years and minimal promotion. I openly said to my boss, The name in good book not going to feed me this year. Just got into a full time grad program for international affairs that starts in January of 2021. (completely changing careers). I passed all 4 exams and I refuse to give let that go to waste...... how do I tell my employer I'll be going to school in a way that they'll still let me work part time?
