Why is Accenture having slow recruiting process?

Had a weird/bad? Interview yesterday. I don’t even know what question to ask about it! Mostly just want to hear diff takes on it.

3rd round with the woman who would be my direct line manager if I got the role. Content marketing manager role, she was head of content. She was late, underdressed/not too presentable, and unprepared! Felt like I was having to move the conversation forward. Lots of long pauses, and I did most of the conversation-bridging.

Thoughts? Ideas? Interpretations?

I suggest not selecting student unless you literally are unrolled in a university. It was nice they let me add a non edu email and pleasantly surprising I then could make up a name for my university.

Those who exited to pharma or biotech, what % raise did you get with promotion? I joined a mid size pharma and when I got promoted to AD, was shocked with a mere 8% raise in base with a 3% increase in bonus and triple the stocks but it takes a white to vest.. is this the standard?
