Any McK folks know about the "experienced associate" job post for Midwest offices that's posted? Do you need an MBA or is 5 years leadership/work experience and 2 years of strategy consulting enough?

Hey, so I work as a Project Manager within eCommerce, I only have experience with Salesforce as an end-user, would I NEED a certification to work as a Project Manager delivering SF implementations?

Or can I just leverage my PM experience and hopefully land a role?

I am more than open to work with an SF partner rather than SF directly, happy to discuss more if needed.

How did you plan your pregnancy? I'm sure kids are in the picture for me and my fiance in the next 2 - 5 years. I'm 27 and fiance and I have been together almost 9 years (engaged for the last 2). We are aiming to purchase a home in the next year and would like to get married before kids because we want a child free wedding.
But I'm scared about knowing when it'll be a good time to have kids. I make 50% more than my fiance but I have a good leave plan and a permanent WFH position.
