Obviously there is a different bowl for exit opportunities, but I’m curious what roles everyone’s seen healthcare consultants exit to? Non-healthcare? Start-ups? Large provider/payer?

I’m a contracted exec assistant for a startup. I know that I will likely need a full time role within the next 4-6 months. I have 2 questions:

1) Is it worth approaching the biz I’m currently contracted with first? How soon do startups invest in internal roles (exec assistant, internal ops)?

2) What kind of salary should I expect for a full time exec assistant or ops role? 13 yrs experience.
