1YOE medical device NPI Lead looking for salary perspective

Mechanical engineering grad, joined a medical device startup that I had done co-ops at. 8mo into full-time, pivoted from engineering into more of an operations role doing new product introduction (NPI), now with 3 direct reports.

The combination of startup+medical device+NPI seems very unique and I'm struggling to find salary comparables. Currently making 75k but it feels very low given my new responsibility and impact. Any advice?

One key selling point, as they are trying to offer is the opportunity to work one day a week to use for things like training, acquiring certifications or building applications that you are interested in.

This sounds amazing. I don't get that at my current job. So, is this too good to be true? I would like your opinion on this.

I am a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with 15 years of experience looking for a job. However, I have spent the past 18 years as a stay-at-home parent (I did work as a free-lance web designer & part-time teacher). I spent much of 2021 working full-time at a winery, but quite when I realized that I'd only be happy by getting back into healthcare (cardiac & pulmonary rehab and clinical exercise testing). I just updated my BLS, ACLS, and my ACSM CEP Cert. I can't get an interview. Any thoughts?

I work in healthcare administration but was a medic for years. You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done. I would take a pay cut to work for a system that's actually trying to do something disruptive in the Industry as opposed to just using buzz words in ppt.
