Citi - SVP Salary Expectations for Tech / Controls
Looking at some SVP roles for technology / controls in the Southwest region. Glassdoor indicates $185-240k as range base comp, and target of $185-205k for average base. Is that accurate?
Glassdoor also targets $40k for variable comp. average. Is that accurate?

Consulting moms bowl is super help. Can probably search “industry” or “travel” etc and pull up quite a few!
Consulting is fine but travel might be tricky
If you like what you do and everyone is generally happy with your performance, I’d say stick with it.
From my experience, major consulting companies have better benefits for moms vs industry - unless if you are targeting FAANG.
If you are at a higher level and with the recent WFH, I think you can dictate what you are comfortable with travel once things are back to normal.
At OW, there are moms who enjoy this type of work and they don’t travel every week and when they travel it’s usually for 1-2 days.
The examples I’ve seen where it worked really well were either a) far enough into career to afford caregivers (and comfortable with leaving kids for days at a stretch), or b) well-developed pyramid and clients in home city, so “travel” is 30 minutes on a train.
The moms I’ve known at EY had to go internal to have any sort of balance
