I just meditated. Superlative focus guaranteed today.
I had hard boiled eggs and preworkout abt 445 and got to the gym at 515 am.. BCG1 but I usually workout kind of hungry, idk why but it works for me
You get used to getting up early, you just have to keep doing it until you adjust.
More power to you. I can't work out in the morning.
How do you have energy for a solid leg day in the AM? I need at least a good meal in me for the carbs.

I had an insane workout this morning.. Or so I thought until I woke up and saw the time, snoozed and went back to bed.. Laziness FTW
Ran 7 miles started at 5:00AM
Just switched PWC1 abt 3 months ago! It takes a lot to make the switch

I just can't get myself to do it. I've tried. I usually get to bed around 11:30 and wake up at 6:30-6:45.
Nope late night guy ( well at least 9:30 pm start time) but I will be crushing leg day later
I prefer evenings bc it helps me get out of those agonizing multi-hour team dinners. "What? Spur of the moment dinner got planned? I would but I'm training for (insert event) and I need to hit the gym. In for next time though!" People are usually respectful of that.
Love a good leg day, just not in the morning. Squats, leg press and lunges all the way!
