But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Does it matter when I ask for a raise? My company process is that my manager completes a performance review, then I review what he wrote and after I sign off on it, that’s when raises happen.
