Had an interview with Microsoft that I didn’t do so well due to lack of sleep from taking my sister to the hospital for my nephew to be born. Yay!! But not so fun interview...
I know that I’m qualified for their talent/ hr roles; and I am passionate about working for Microsoft. I know I would nail the next interview if given the opportunity. Unfortunately, I don’t know of any other Microsoft recruiters. Does anyone know a recruiter I could connect with? Thank you so much!

How many times has an interviewer no-showed and the recruiter profusely apologizing on their behalf?
Happened to me with Mindtree recruiter, for an IoT leadership position where the interviewing VP chose to no show twice… after which I thanked the recruiter that I was impressed by their book of busi-ness and that it was intimidating to be thinking about the prospect of working for Mindtree… as I’m too incapable for those performance standards… 😂😂

Just got an interview call for Telecom consultant role in Infosys.

HR asked for video interview and I dont mind that. I replied the HR that panel also puts on their web cam. It's not a healthy way to communicate during inteview when panel remains on audio (and perhaps in their shorts and baniyan ) :D

And interviewing the candidate wearing formals.

I got email from LTI "Thank you for applying to LTIMindtree and going through our complete selection process" on 27 Sept but after 1 week I follow up on offer letter she said my approval got rejected due high expectation (35% hike ). We re-negotiate at 6 Sept (30% hike). Now they will release offer letter or not ?

JPMC 2nd round(managerial round) what kind of questions to expect? How many more rounds left in jpmc interview process?

Tips for a last round interview with a lawyer extremely high up at a large company (Fortune 100)? Don’t think he is involved in the day-to-day of the role at all so want to make sure I ask good questions (and also a bit intimidated at the moment!)

I was interviewed for SDET position at Nagarro. Interview was really tough, interviewer tried real hard to test every aspect of automation whether it was framework or Java. I performed pretty well and he appreciated my approach for Java problem. What can i expect further? Usually how much time they take to roll out the results????

Does anyone know of any outdoor workout classes in/near the city? I feel like at the beginning of the pandemic it was a popular concept but now I’m not seeing any. I am willing to do indoor classes with a mask, but being outside in the finally good weather just sounds so much better (and fully vaccinated so willing to get out more)

I am currently a Senior Consultant at D and got an offer from MBB for a Data Scientist (the most junior level I believe, so it’s like two grades down from I am now).

Any thoughts on Georgia tech’s OMSCS vs OMSA? Non-CS background in economics - very quant degree - and want to do the former but unlikely due to lack of accredited courses in CS. The main issue is when they critique specific technical approaches such as: use of certain tech stacks , overall approach to issues (sdlc) and even terminology usage (eg claiming SIT and UAT are not common acronyms). I get there many qualities that make a good leader, but it’s really tough to respect someone’s directio when they don’t have any competency in these areas.
