I’m Interviewing with a mid-sized firm in Texas and was wondering if it’s usual for interviewers to ask for salary expectations during an interview. If so, what should my salary expectation be if the hour requirement is under 1800, 1800, or 1800+?

Please advise - with approved I-140, you can extend H1B for 3 years even if priority date is current? I already have an approved Audit Manager PERM (May 2021) but was not promoted to Manager this year. Instead of filing I-140, my employer wanted to restart a Senior PERM. I would like to push back to let them know to just file I-140 for Audit Manager. But can you let me know if that will extend 3 years so that I still have time to make it to Manager. My PD is current, I am not Indian/Chinese.

I joined 2 months back.
A new team was created soon with all new joiners.

It turned out that, no one underatands or knows anything about the tech stack for which they were hired(god knows how they cleared interview)!! Now i'm the only one doing all teams work !!
