Job hunting is just…exhausting and discouraging. And every time I log onto LinkedIn and see some other company has done layoffs I’m even further discouraged knowing I’m up against these folks now, too. I took a few months off after my daughter was born and it feels like now is the worst time to be back on the job hunt. I’ve been told I’m overqualified, positions taken down bc of hiring freezes and ghosted…ugh I’m just going to hang with my baby for the week and try hit refresh.
