I work at a small agency. I asked for a raise and was told you can get one in a few months if you do X,Y,Z but also keep in mind you make (on the low end of) what your position should make.

My question is—I wear many hats within my agency because we’re small and growing—So while I may be an art director, when needed I’m also a PA, or a production designer etc... SO shouldn’t my salary reflect that??

Tranferred to another team third time during 7 months stint. The new team is not happy and are giving me namesake training and has said if not performed starting next month, I will be out. I have my wedding next week and they are giving me exercises during weekends also. In my old team I opted for transfer to new location but the new manager said they will not allow it as no one is there to check me. Have lost all motivation to work with everyday criticism and rants. Got the offer letter yesterday. Recruitment team agreed in 15 pct bonus on fixed pay. But offer letter does not have any mention of that.
Does it come on separate letter?

As per my understanding, Senior Consultant 2 = Assistant Manager & Senior Consultant 3 = Associate Manager in EY GDS Business Consulting. Please let me know if my understanding is not correct
