I completed the last round of an interview (presentation) last week. Originally they said they would be calling my references & then make an offer accordingly.
Today they updated that they'd like me to travel to their HQ (based in Nordics & I'm in London) for the final round where I'd meet the CEO, the hiring manager and a couple of people in the team.
I don't think I'm the only one in the process - even though initially the last round was the presentation.
What are your thoughts?

I received a message on LinkedIn from an internal recruiter at a company that sounded intriguing. Would it be bad form to ask for more information about the role and about comp up front? I wasn’t looking to leave my firm until later next year at the earliest, but the company sounds really interesting. Don’t want to waste a lot of time if the comp isn’t right, though.
What’s the best way to figure out if I’m getting paid market rate as corporate counsel for a large tech company? Need advice. I was made an offer by a national firm and I am not sure if I should take it. Comp is slightly less than my pre-Covid salary but higher than my current cut salary. They are throwing in a signing bonus which makes up for about half the difference. New place has lower billable requirement, generous bonus structure, better benefits, and leadership potential. No bonus structure at current firm. I’m overall in a good spot at current firm, but feeling a little stagnant. What would you do?
I’m interested in speaking with a legal recruiter. It appears there are a lot of opportunities out there right now. My resume is robust, but not traditional, as I left a law firm 14 years ago (on good terms) to run a small business. It has been successful, but times (and labor markets) are changing and it is time to consider a pivot in my career path. I am licensed and in good standing in two jurisdictions. Any of you interested in speaking with me?
