Any NY based UX/design freelancers looking for a paid side project?

I really frustrated....I joined D*C on 2019 with around 2.3 LPA after that pandamic with no hike spend 2.4 yrs then got offer in Acc with 3.3 fixed and varaible pay 40 k... I satisfied when joined and spend here now almost 1 yr without any single appreaciation and with very less take home like around 24 k ..But here with satisfied job and next to TL level worked on transtion project but i feel even if they gave 20 % hike also my take home salary will never cross 30 k..Need suggestion

Tired of all the respectability politics. Just once I want to write what I really mean in an email or tell a client what I really think of them when they ask. F*cking tired of walking on eggshells and constantly wondering if I did or said the right thing in the right way or the right tone to make sure the people around me are comfortable. Hi there! I was just laid off this morning as a recruiting coordinator. I’ve had my eye on being a project coordinator for some time and I’d love to break into the field. My male colleagues ask everyone on the team EXCEPT me to help with high profile c-suite presentations that is within ALL of our job titles and descriptions. Why? How do I handle this sexism? I’m 3 months new but the client is asking for a pretty basic demo of our tool that I can easily cover.
