I had a recruiter reach out to me from Google 3 years ago about a role she thought I would be good for. She really advocated for me to be in the role but the hiring managers didn’t feel like I was qualified.
We had a discussion and she gave me a lot of good feedback on how I could be a stronger candidate and encouraged me to reach out to her directly for future opportunities. Fast forward to now, I’ve gained a lot of experience and skills. Should I reach out even though it’s been 3 years?

Typical day - a lot of meetings. Planning takes a lot of time and people management
What I enjoy - get a good high level view of the program/project
What I do not enjoy - no actual control or authority to take calls or decisions. Glorified assistant trying to keep things on track with no defined power or ability to influence actual change.

EY1 - might look good from the other side. But again without that power it’s so meaningless. Prefer to be the decision maker.
From my own experience you are some kind of secretary lol...chasing stakeholders after deadlines, producing MOM of daily meetings, setting up meetings.
On the other side WLB is pretty good, but of course it depends on the project you are into, plus you get a good high level view of the project.
Honestly I'm pretty tired of it and I'd like to move to corporate finance or FP&A
