How do you all tackle people who come back into your life when it’s convenient for them? My former friend from college has been pushing to do zoom calls with my friend group. Anyone else experience hot flashes as a result of the vaccine? Never had them before but now when I get my period, sometimes I have it as a PMS side effect. I’m only 28 and it’s soooo uncomfortable. I now deeply empathize with my mom when she was menopausal and used to complain when I was little but I would dismiss her as I was cold. It seems like the only relief is hormone therapy (which is only appropriate for menopausal women). Anyone have another remedy that has worked?

How did you decide at what age you wanted kids? I thought I wanted them at 28, but I’ll be 28 in about a year and don’t feel I’ve lived enough yet to have kids... but I also don’t want to wait until say, 35, either.

Anyone become super bloated around their period. Recently my stomach becomes so bloated, it feels like I am pregnant. I have been working out very regularly but haven’t been eating the healthiest of foods. But omg have never been so bloated before. Right after period, body goes back to normal. Like my stomach balloon just popped lol
