I’ve never seen anyone wear a gown before
Depends on your firm
Lol my holiday party is actually Santacon theme lol so will be wearing Santacon related things lol
I always wear a cocktail dress! Knee length. I’m 5’ 2” so can’t pull off a long gown
Lies you can pull off a long gown if you get it gemmed and it hugs you in the right places!

😍 SM1, I think you are my style soul mate. Where did you find your tux?

I’m wearing a cocktail dress. I’ve always worn a cocktail dress. Never have worn (and I don’t think I’ve seen) a gown to a work holiday party
Cocktail. Can’t do wrong. Every year very few long dresses, too many too short ones 🙄
Classic cocktail medium length is perfect. Keep in mind, it’s still a work event.
Ours is on a a Monday 🙄 there will be no gowns
I rented a dress for my boyfriend’s holiday party. I likely won’t have the guts to show this much cleavage at my work event though.
Great dress!
I have a pretty sexy dress. It’s modest by most standards but cocktail with v neckline
Very rarely see full length gowns at our parties. Be warned.
I would argue that ZS NYC is pretty informal and if you dress up you’re in the minority 🤷🏼♀️
What firm are you at?
No long gowns at our party; cocktail attire (short dresses/tux optional for men) is the norm.
Coordinate with the women on your team. I normally opt to wear a cocktail dress as well, but one year, we decided to go all out and wear gowns. We were in the majority so it wasn’t weird and we didn’t feel overdressed.
