Happy Sunday ladies! I am on the journey to treating my severe depression and interested in others’ experience. I have been in therapy. I think that ultimately I need to be medicated to function without suffering as much as I do. I also feel though that part of it is just being unfulfilled on a spiritual level (purpose, potential, personal relationships and interests) which I also continually explore. Struggling in traditional cultural environment.

For this of you who recently transitioned from a firm to in-house, how/where did you find your in-house position? Recruiters? Clients? Indeed/LinkedIn? Word of mouth?
