Any one else feel interviews are stressful?

What do they typically ask in exit interviews? I have mine today and am curious what I’m going to be expected to talk about.

Do I need to study up LBO model for valuation advisory interview? Or is it not relevant to the job?

Any tips for the Deloitte interviews in risk advisory, also any experiences from working in their London team would be much appreciated? (I.e. culture, WLB etc)

Has anyone ever mentioned to a recruiter any hesitations you had about taking the job? I’m hearing a certain company I’m interviewing with is short staffed and is doing 80+-hour weeks and frequent weekends. I kind of want to mention what I’ve heard about the poor work/life balance and feel it out, but the recruiter is internal with the company so I don’t want to insult them.

Two recruiters have told me that specific major national firms refuse to interview any current or former employees of the firm I work for. is this a big problem or something usual for firms? Panic set in and I’m worried I won’t find decent employment. Current role is underpaying and workload is unmanageable with zero sign of improvement.
