New offer from current company to move to a new team and they’re like it’s some big promotion. Current role is key accounts + a territory, 125k base + 31k and 19k additional bonus opportunities (which I’ve been hitting consistently). New role is a pay grade jump technically and just key accounts and supporting another team for some other big accounts. Pay is 158k + 27k bonus. Total comp difference is only 3% raise. I got a 6% raise in the same role last year alone. What would you negotiate?

Recently graduated with my bachelors in healthcare administration and management. Also have an associate’s degree in occupational therapy assistant. 5 years of rehab director experience. I’d like to get out of the therapy world. Any suggestions on what to look for that’s comparable salary wise?

I took a 3 mo. maternity leave this year. My firm calculates bonuses based on the amount of collectibles over the course of the calendar year with a minimum collectibles amount in order to qualify for a bonus. How have you women dealt with this? Obviously it’s difficult for me to meet my collectibles requirement for a year when I only will have worked for 9 months. Have any of you requested that the minimum collectibles/billables amount be prorated? Any other suggestions/thoughts? Thanks!

As of July 1st my salary in consulting is 120k, 5 YOE and have been here for 3.5 years. I just received an offer at a tech company (not FAANG) that IPOd in 2018 and stock has done very well since. Offer is 102k base, 86k in RSUs with the one year cliff, additional grants are given every February, and according to them a 15% bonus of my salary is a guarantee (it’s paid out quarterly too). I am pretty ready to take this offer given several other circumstances. Anyone think I’d be nuts?
