What are banks paying these days for manager level hires? I know the title is inflated at banks, but seems like some banks are reaching out to me about some of these manager roles.

My limited understanding is compensation ranges from 80,000 - 120,000 for these roles depending on department and your relevant experiences, but wanted to be sure I don't get lowballed.

(I have 2 years exp, work at big4 in general consulting - limited finance exposure).

I have an interview soon and suspect their salary band is below what I would accept even in a best-case (glassdoor shows about half of my current TC). Is it rude to push through and see what happens?

I am currently working as Audit senior assistant at deloitte USI and my promotion is due in upcoming June month in deloitte. I Got an offer from KGS australian region as senior 2 position and hike is 25% from current package. I heard that worklife balance is good at KGS normally it is 8-9 hrs max job in a regular day but quality of work is not at par with deloitte USI really confused about whether should i make a switch or stay back in deloitte and wait for promotion?

Company increased Night Shift Allowance for all employees in July's 2022 Salary without any prior notification. Almost by 2.5 times.

Basic and other parameters are unchanged as same as previous month except NSA.
