Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

It is a wonderful place to work and on top of that, the pay is good. If you get the opportunity, take it. Sometimes the work can be overwhelming, but I have found that to be true everywhere. At least with Google, everything else is positive so it doesn't wear you down.
So, Is it not kind of BPO?? Since, this is an Operation Centre?
Google Operations Center is definitely not a BPO. It is like working on Google's payroll and enjoying all the benefits. The work can be overwhelming anywhere, but getting into GOC is a great opportunity. As far as I know, the shifts are mostly rotational. The work culture is great. I have friends working there.
