Hello fishes ! I’ve a query regarding the $1100 reimbursement. I’ve seen in some hr docs that we’d be eligible for wfh equipment every 3 years. Does this mean the $1100 resets every 3 years and we’d be eligible to buy some laptops/other equipments worth $1100 every 3 years ?

Currently working at BNP Paribas. Joined in February this year. But as they were calling to office I had resigned in June while I was in probation. But they said they will give 1 yr of extended wfh to me, I took back my resignation. Now I got confirmed but want to leave the organisation. So it's around 3 months I took back my resignation. Now can I put up my papers again? Or is there any policy in BNP that I can't put up papers within 6 months of my resignation??

Considering a career pivot to privacy at four years post graduation. CIPP/US cert, with decent privacy exp at my firm (drafting GDPR responses, policies, etc.). I’ve been promised a promotion since Jan. ‘22, and each month it seems to get “delayed because of finance issues with client” (huge multinational corp.) and other issues with in house HR/finance depts.
