I’m realizing why I don’t want to celebrate my 30th bday and it’s embarrassing. when i think back, i’ve always made a big deal out of my bday, having parties and bringing friends together, or traveling to meet someone. it feels silly to admit, but no one ever brings me a gift and it’s bothering me. i’ve never gone to bday or any party empty handed. at the very least i’ll bring a bottle of wine, flowers, gift card, etc. could i be doing something to attract this, or do my friends just hate me?

Hello people... I am currently serving my notice period in Infosys. About 35 days left in notice period. Infosys giving me 4.3 LPA and the other companies from which I got offer giving me 6.5 and 7.
7 is offered by one of Big 4 companies. But I think I am under paid here as well.
But Now even when I only have 35 days left I am not getting any call from naukri.. Can anyone suggest CTC we can expect in current market for 2.5 yoe with good skillsets in SQL, POWERBI, SSIS etc..?

A friend has been offered a role as an independent contractor commercial counsel for a pre IPO tech company in NYC (roughly 10-20 hrs/wk) with the possibility of becoming a full time offer. He has roughly 3 yoe and was at a V10 firm doing tech transactions work but took time off for health. Hi, Shell has shared the letter of Employment (LOE) and asked for some documents almost 1 months ago. After that no updates. When they will start other formalities like BGV. My joining is on Feb 2023.

What's the package that we can expect for a 9 year experienced data engineer. I am not sure about the JG, but I think it's JG4.

But it’s been more than a week since I shared these details but no communication afterwards.Does that mean offer will get released shortly?If so,how long will shell take to release offer letter?
