would you name and shame your former toxic manager?
Guys, I'm 10+ years experienced. I'm fed up of the toxic work culture and my tech here. I'm planning to resign and switch technology. Should I go all in or phased? I would like to spend full 2 months in studying. I have some money saved for basic necessities for a year. Studying while working is not manageable with the 12+hour work daily and weekends. Kindly suggest. Thanks. Cognizant Infosys Accenture IBM Amazon Tata Consultancy

Lol wayfair recruiter reached out and I ffered me 45k base (1 year exp). I said you have to at least double it
Associate 1 hit it pretty well. Seems like generally a toxic culture. Amazon can afford to work their employees as they strive for innovation but wayfair seems to just operate poorly.
I also got a low-ball offer from wayfair, they offered 20% less than I’m making in current role
Thanks for the post OP. Recruiter reached out to me as well. Interested in the pay increase if anyone has an idea.
I heard it's a bit of a sweatshop as they try to compete/differentiate with Amazon. Standard pay raise when leaving b4 but long term prospects not as good
Personal experience aside be careful. Friend used to work there. Stingy and not the most ethical company. He was in sales, top salesmen, 1M+ sales from undergrad, but they lied about his commission % when they recruited him. He was thinking of suing after he left, but decided against it
I’m a MBA hire senior. It seems like they higher a lot of consultants from top tier schools
Pay for Senior Manger 140k 15-20% bonus and 60k equity. KPMG 1 can you elaborate a little more on your comment and what you have heard?
OP what level are you at EY?
No sure about SM level but for associates or senior associates you’ll likely have to take a pay cut
Recruiter emailed me from there, too. They’re really hitting us up these days!

Why the low ball offers from WayFair? Recruiter said there experiencing growth, doesn't that mean they should pay more?
I mean my offer is 60 k more than I make now all in. 200k Vs 140k. Not sure why you are getting lowball
Maybe I should have gave the recruiter give a shot 😥.
EY OP, my friend tells me they really offer a super wide range. Part of the reason for the toxic culture they often bring in consultants at a more senior level, pay them a lot, but make it nearly impossible for internal employees to reach the same level. 60k more could be worth it, but you should consider B4 > wayfair overall as far as companies are concerned
