What are some good (measurable) annual goals I can turn in to my boss?

My father is retired, and is looking into investments. Currently has rental properties, but at a certain point too many of them are a headache that he doesn’t want to deal with. What would you invest money in (2-3 Million) that is fairly hands off? We have talked about small businesses, but he really doesn’t want to have to manage the day to day activities. Rental properties that are >1 bedroom typically don’t have the return he would like to see.

Brand Strategy/Planning roles aren't typical in PR. So every new Account hire arrives with no experience working with a Strategist. I'm tired of explaining/showing my role adds necessary value. I love strategy, but I have an offer at another agency to move into Account as Group SVP. They want to "customize" the role for my experience, but I'm afraid it will just be on paper and people will expect me to know things I just won't. I can't afford to be fired. Thoughts? I'm working in Salesforce Automation Testing part where I customize salesforce and use automation.

I got selected as Salesforce Developer in new org will that be a issue? I performed well in interview also
In resume I mentioned both developing and testing. Since testing can be done only after customize salesforce.

Does BGV go indepth of to this detail? And pinpoint it.

I did my final round with McKinsey today, and I I received a rejection call from the partner today. However, he said I did really great and wants to keep in touch with me. He also mentioned that I should reapply in 6 months. Does anyone have any similar experience? Do I have a better chance if I reapply next time?McKinsey & Company

London comp: I’m looking to move from one of the few fund of funds outside of London and looking at associate roles in VC fund of funds + co-investment or PE secondaries/buyout. Recruiter has told me salaries are £100k/£130k respectively. What are peoples salaries + bonus for these or similar roles in London? Would also be interesting to know analysts comp.

I have an offer with IBM in hand for 18lpa fixed+2.5lpa variable and I cleared all rounds with Cognizant. I had HR discussion in Cognizant and the max they can provide 23lpa including 70k as variable, but this requires approvals.
YoE: 7 years
Stack: SAP Central Finance, SLT and FICO
The problem is Cognizant is offering full length SLT role which is my secondary skill but IBM is offering me on the primary skill.
Considering huge difference in the package is it suggested to join Cognizant?

I have 6 YOE. I recently clear interview with cognizant. Before interview i asked hr for 20 LPA package.
But after interview was cleared they offer me 16 LPA package as max budget.
I not sure why do like this?

Even though luckily I have same offer from another company. It's difficult to trust on cognizant hr policy.

TCS is ready to match the CTS offer but need counter offer letter, which right now I dnt have.
