Need help assessing a potential offer. Currently interviewing with LinkedIn for a SM level Change and Communications role (I’m in Chicago).
Recruiter said base is ~ $140-160, ~15% bonus and RSUs starting at 100k vesting over 4yrs. This seems very low to me esp since I have 12 YOE in consulting, and am at $180k base now. Thoughts? Tips on negotiating more? (To be fair I am still in final rounds and an official offer hasn’t been made but want to counter immediately 😌)
