What is wrong with Tech Mahindra HR.. everytime i call them they say same answer pending for approval...not sure what approval they are looking for past 15 days...if they are planning to put my position on hold they should mail me or when i cal them they should inform..but nothing is happening..do i need to wait or better search for other opportunities? Please suggest...

Should I Go Back and Reneg? Recently I was offered a role as a Project Implementation Manager (In Retirement Services) .The salary range for Colorado residents was 65-89K. I’m located in NY so the recruiter said he would try to get me more. Ultimately he came back at 90K which is a bit inline with that I was seeing on Glassdoor but approx looks like I may leave 10-12K on the table. I accepted already but may get an offer from another HR company in account management around 90-100K. Need advice

For people working in CMAAS practice in NYC or Florida. What is the culture down there? Thinking about a position there.

Suppose you are 3 months pregnant and interviewing for a job. Would you disclose to the recruiter that you are expecting or is there no need to give that information until after being hired? As for the compensation, if you’ve already been told pre-interview, the salary range for the role, is it appropriate to negotiate a number for the salary if you are asked your desired salary in the first screening interview? Or should you try to hold off on the negotiation after you receive an offer?

Happy Wednesday everyone. I'm so excited, I have a recruiter call scheduled with @Meta for Administrative Partner position. I've been in my current employer role for 19 years and I'm nervous as heck. Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Was just told that there is likely not going to be a chance for a raise during my upcoming performance review due to my salary already being “above average for the industry” based on my employer’s questionable research. I’ve been with the company 8.5 years & am the only one in my role, which they can’t operate without. Currently 6 years at job A at 100K and 10K annual bonus but lil to no upward mobility. It's safe if not going anywhere.

Recruiter reached out regarding Job B at 130K with greater advancement potential but it starts out at 6 Months Contract to Hire per the agency contract. No bonus, benefits adequate by comparison. There is no guarantee to go full time.

Hi Fishes, wishing you a good day. Once request - am in SAP SD - HCL for 4.2 years now. Have cleared 1st round in Infosys. How much can I ask? What is a realistic number? - Neither v high or v low. My current CTC is 6.8 LPA HCL. Iv had friends move out at 8LPA to 15LPA. Not sure what is a realistic number. Skill level - good - got GP or above all times.

Has this happened to anyone else? I used to eat a lot of unhealthy, processed foods a few months ago. I transformed my ways and have eaten quite healthy since. Today I ate some cookies and chips after a long time, and I feel like shit. Stomach upset, heavy chest and just really lethargic. I know the lesson is to not eat unhealthy, but I didn’t think it would wreck my body like this
