I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital. If you know that life, I’m pretty much the main parent for our kids. I don’t want to work in the hospital/floor work anymore; nor do I believe the hrs are flexible enough. I got an offer from quantiphi on sep9th & also accepted it.Today I got a hr call & asking me to attend the onboarding connect in every week until my doj(oct 3rd).Once attend the onboarding meeting,If I am not joined here any problem occurs? .I am little bit nervous .Please suggest to me what else i can do in this case?

After i cleared all the rounds. HR told me- initially we were hiring for 2 positions one is filled already & other one is in hold due to recession. After 2 weeks i got a call from them asking me if i am still interested they have re-opened and now i am again waiting for the offer letter they said it will take 2 days for approval from finance
